About Us

Murray was born on the plains of eastern Colorado. He continues to this day having his small farm/ranch as being a fifth generation rancher. Murray has been involved with multiple startups including Sundance Energy and Virtus Oil and Gas. He has completed over 4B in acquisitions and divestures for Anadarko, Sundance, Anschutz, and Gunnison Energy. He previously held a seat at his Alma Mater's Board of Trustees for a private university.

Howard Hill, a past president of National Pork Producers Council, was a DVM with Iowa Select Farms (The Nation's 4th Largest Pork Producer) serving as company's Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was Director of Veterinary Services and Multiplication for Murphy Family Farms in Rose Hill, N.C., and head of veterinary microbiology in the Iowa State University Diagnostic Laboratory. In addition to his presidency, Hill has served on several committees and co-chaired the Environmental Policy Committee during his many years on the NPPC Board of Directors. He is also on the Board of the Iowa Pork Producers and chairs its Research Committee and Contract Growers Committee.

Dr. Hill owns a sow farrow-to-finish farm, which produces breeding stock for Danbred USA, and partners with his son on the family farm where they have a purebred Angus herd and 2,500 acres of row crops. A native of southern California, he earned his bachelor’s and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degrees from the University of California-Davis. He received his Master’s degree and Ph.D. in veterinary microbiology from Iowa State University.

Mr. Tidwell is the Executive Chairman of a Global Holding Company and has experienced living and working around the globe. He is an international speaker that is highly sought after for conventions and special keynote events.
He grew up in the state of Georgia in the United States. He attended college and went on to serve in the U.S. Marine Corps. After serving his duty in the military he moved directly into the business world in Atlanta Georgia. He always worked hard even as a child where he started work at the age of 10 delivering newspapers and then on to working in the cotton mill as a child at the age of fourteen in the summers.
He went to work immediately after the Marine Corps in the corporate world and stayed in that environment even today. The following is a brief of his corporate experience.

 Mr. Knollenberg has been in the repurposing business for over 30 years in numerous industries, including the methane sector of the natural gas industry. He converted hundreds of oil wells into cleaner burning methane producing gas wells and he owned hundreds of miles of oil pipelines converted into methane gathering systems and trunk lines. Some were repurposed into fiber optic and water easements. He purcased millions of tons of 100 year old US Steel metalurical coal fines refuse and put this this waste material into commercial use by compressing it into quality high BTU briquettes that eliminated the fines potential runoff risk to the environment. He has participated in projects to gather methane gas from coal mines and municipal dumps to prevent its escape into the atmosphere by using it to generate power. The capture of methane has moved from a back seat position to carbon sequestration to a front and center environmental priority that Mr. Knollenberg continues to play a leadership role in addressing includes projects to produce Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) from animal manure by strategically combing the most advanced methods and technologies available with the most cost efficient repurposing of existing natural gas infrastructure in that declining area of the energy sector to minimize the environmental impact of newly built transportation capabilty to move RNG to market and or develop creative and profitably ways to consume the production and sequestration of methsne bio gas on site. Mr. Knollenberg is a major investor in a startup seaweed harvesting business that is permitted to sustainably collect and process specific seaweeds that were discovered as a nutritional mineral based food supplement for bovine to also reduces their methane discharge into the atmosphere by up to 73%. Mr. Knollenberg is co-owner of an experimentally scaled down small farm in Florida that raises miniature size farm animals which require significantly less pasture land and less general feed and maintenance expense as well as lower capital costs for stalls, fencing, etc. 

Mr. Crum has over fifty years experience in the Global Animal Health Market as marked by his record of orchestrating new products to market both quickly and globally.   As one of the founders of Idexx (animal diagnostic company), exceeded investors expectations establishing a global customer base in first two years. 

Using experience gained working with Columbia Business School, orchestrated the move of a US broiler company from commodity producer to branded product with many differential advantages, Springer Mountain Farms.

Today, Crum still consults for Springer Mountain and an analytics company, the Walla Group.  Walla’s patented algorithms model the growth of poultry and swine.

Crum had previously worked on demo's for local power production on poultry integrators for Trane. The process wasn't as revenue-driven as Odin's philosophy but the experience was crucial for Odin's business plan.

 Mr. Ehlis is a project engineer that has been a practicing environmental consultant since 2006, except for one year as a civil engineer with the US Bureau of Reclamation. Mr. Ehlis has performed environmental due diligence, as well as environmental compliance and permitting projects, for several agriculture-based facilities throughout the Upper Midwest, and has performed design and other engineering services for numerous waste management facilities throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. Mr. Ehlis also has an extensive background in managing remediation projects at contaminated sites, among various other environmental-focused projects. Mr. Ehlis established NorthLand Environmental Consulting in 2016, and has been continuing to grow that company since that time. Mr. Ehlis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota, and is currently licensed as a Professional Engineer in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Mr. Kouba has been involved recently with seven RNG/Biogas Facilities from 8,000 head dairy to 30,000 head dairy farms. Kouba has more than 35 years of engineering experience throughout the USA as well as internationally.  He has been involved in numerous water and wastewater treatment, disposal, and renewable energy projects for agricultural facilities, as well as a wide range of industries. John has a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and completed the coursework towards a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, all from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He is registered as a professional engineer in 15 states (no, he is not trying to collect all 50 states).

Mr. Shoemaker specializes in providing services related to renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental compliance. Mr. Shoemaker has led project development for renewables including anaerobic digestion and supported a range of biofuels projects. His 20 years of experience includes industries such as manufacturing, food and agriculture, municipal, and biofuels.  His sustainability experience has focused on mapping strategies and actions to align organizational goals and operations using quantitative data. Using his knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks coupled with process operations and financial analysis, Mr. Shoemaker has extensive experience evaluating and developing business strategy for startups, government organizations, and corporations. Mr. Shoemaker emphasizes and supports development of data collection processes to identify and develop projects and implement programs. Mr. Shoemaker graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration with a dual concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from Georgia State University in 2010. Mr.Shoemaker is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Georgia.

Ms. Dee has held a career that started in radio working for WIBW-FM in Topeka where she was  on-air personality as well as part of the promotions and marketing department. She then became a Landman being successful with her interaction with landowners and leasing in the Bakken, DJ, North Fork, and Permian basin. Before COVID she was successful with her social media and marketing work covering multiple events and venues in Las Vegas.
